Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late may receive a shortened service.

Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a late and/or cancellation fee.

• A deposit is required at the time of booking.
   
• Deposits will be applied toward your final service amount.
   
• Deposits are refundable if a cancellation is made at least 25 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• We request  25 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

•  No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. 

 Final Payment is due at the time of service.

 Scott Sole-Lutions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
