Clients arriving 10–15 minutes late may receive a shortened service.
Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to reschedule and may be subject to a late and/or cancellation fee.
We request 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a 50% service fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
Payment is due at the time of service.
